Alloy 20 The flat flange is made of a corrosion-resistant nickel-iron-chromium alloy combined with molybdenum and copper. The composition is typically 20-22% chromium, 2-3% molybdenum and 9-12% nickel. Technically the alloy 20 has good tensile strength (up to 45 ksi) and good yield strength (25-35 ksi), with high resistance to pitting, stress corrosion and intergranular attack Advantages Resistance to sulfuric acid and other properties aggressive, high temperature high durability and weldability they are models for the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
