Super Duplex Steel S32750 flanges have approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and traces of nitrogen and manganese and possess good pitting and corrosion resistance. They possess the ferritic steel’s strength and the austenitic steel’s corrosion resistance. They have good tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa and yield strength of roughly 550 MPa. S32750 flanges have excellent fatigue and toughness strength, respectively, even in aggressive conditions, for which they are ideally used in high-pressure and corrosive processes in the marine, chemical, and oil & gas industries.
